Q1. Why is Nobetsu syrup made by natural cane sugar?

A1. The cost of natural cane sugar is high. Although fructose is cheaper than cane sugar, fructose has acid regurgitation which is more burden on body when it is added in hot water. Therefore, when customers want to choose flavor syrup, Nobetsu syrup is recommended that made by cane sugar.

Q2. Is the aroma of Nobetsu syrup which is low sugar brix affected after adding into water?

A2. Not at all. Nobetsu sugar brix is lower than most syrup on the market. It reduce the burden on customers while enjoying the deliciousness. It not only shows the aroma clearly, but also matches with coffee beans and milk. The flavors of the products complement each other. If the sugar brix is too high , it will easy to cover the flavor of coffee beans and milk. Meanwhile it is easy to feel the too much sweet in large-capacity cups.so it is recommended that you should feel the flavor of Nobetsu syrup penetrating the taste buds.

Q3. Is there a certain ratio?

A3. The recommended ratio of syrup is 1: 20 ~ 1: 25 with dairy products and 1:10 with no dairy products. Sweetness can be adjusted according to personal habits.
